Peanut Butter Pancakes

I love pancakes! I love peanut butter! This recipe is AWESOME! Ot is perfect for me when I am in a bulking phase and want to get my oats in a tasty way or just in general avoid the Aunt Jemima pancakes I am cooking for my three boys. I recommend a solid blender for this recipe. I just got a Vitamix

for Father’s Day, and I am not quite sure how this has not been in our kitchen before now! (Have to try it to believe the difference.)

Instructions

To make these scrumptious pancakes, just blend together:

  • 1/2c oats
  • 1/8c Ground/Milled Flax Seed (Or use Peanut flour)
  • 1/2 scoop whey protein (Someone recommended peanut butter flavored Time brand, but I only have Vanilla or Chocolate, and I used Vanilla)
  • 1 egg white
  • 2T plain greek yogurt
  • 1t vanilla
  • almond milk to consistency (about 1/4c…batter should be thick but pourable)

Cook them like normal pancakes. And totally enjoy!!!!
